The problem

A technology company needs to explain a broad range of services without leaving visitors unsure where to begin. Website development, mobile applications, interface design, and software solutions each address different needs. The challenge was to present these offerings within a coherent identity, support both Arabic and English, and connect exploration with a clear way to discuss a project. The experience also needed to support the team receiving those enquiries. Contact submissions and consultation bookings require structured information and follow-up, rather than ending at a public form. The project therefore had to connect a bilingual company website with lead intake, booking integration, and an administrative workspace for reviewing incoming requests.

The solution

The website organizes Vital’s services and solutions into dedicated sections, supported by a bilingual layout, responsive navigation, and animated visual showcases. Visitors can move from the company introduction to the service that matches their needs, then reach a contact form or consultation booking flow. The interface carries the same visual language across the landing page and the supporting pages. Behind the public experience, Hono handles the API, Drizzle connects the data layer to Cloudflare D1, and Better Auth supports administrative access. Cal.com provides consultation booking, while Resend supports email communication. Lead and booking management bring the incoming information into a shared workspace, connecting the website’s enquiry flow with the team’s follow-up process.
